FABWITZ INDUSTRIES - RETURNS POLICY

KEY POINTS OF OUR RETURNS POLICY:

  • return shipping cost is at the expense of the customer unless otherwise stated by management, or if the product is deemed to have a major fault - Please see section regarding “Major Faults”. A tracking number must be provided for returns.
  • Shipping/Postage and Fitment fees (including those by third party) are non-refundable as they are deemed as a separate service.
  • Custom end cap designs (a design created by the customer) is non-refundable, should the snorkel be returned as this is a separate service provided. We will, however, provide the pdf for the design to you
  • if product/s fitted by our team are being returned, for a refund, and the customer wishes to have it removed by us, they will incur a service fee of $150
  • Snorkels will make noise, we cannot change this therefore, we do not offer Change of Mind or refunds for this as it is not a fault of the product. i.e., Our low-cut snorkels do create more noise
  • NP300 Mid & Short entry snorkels tend to take in too much water when driven in heavy rainfall. This is due to the vehicles being a twin turbo and how they take in the air. We recommend a snorkel sock for these during heavy rainfall
  • We do not offer a repair, replacement or refund on any product that is damaged by you, the customer, when the product is fitted by yourself

 

CHANGE OF MIND – Design i.e.: colours and end cap styles

We do offer a 3-day grace period for change of mind on colours. However, a service fee will be applied at the discretion of management for end cap design changes. We encourage customers to choose carefully when picking design features for their products.

 

REFUNDS – ALL PRODUCTS (if applicable)

We will offer a replacement or refund if the product is deemed to have a major fault or a manufacturer fault*.

*Products are accessed upon return and if deemed to not to be faulty, will incur a 20% fee which will be deducted from your refund amount, including any costs to cover parts such as clamps, joiners etc.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind on any product/s after the order has been shipped/posted, picked up or fitted. This is due to all products being handcrafted and made to order. If you opt to cancel your order prior to dispatch/fitment and a refund is provided to you, a minimum 25% cancellation fee will be deducted from your amount, as well as the $100 deposit (for snorkels, Intercooler kits, Airbox & Intakes), that was required to start your order and/or secure a fitment date.

*Shipping/postage fees are non-refundable as they are deemed as a separate service, this applies to products that have postage included in the price.

 

EXCHANGES – ALL PRODUCTS (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or deemed to have a major fault. No exchanges are offered for change of mind.

 

PROOF OF PURCHASE:

Once final payment has been received along with your email, we will send an invoice for your records.

 

A MAJOR FAULT  **directly sourced from ACCC.GOV.AU**

  • It has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying it if they’d known about it
  • it has multiple minor problems that, when taken as a whole, would have stopped someone buying it if they had known about them.
  • it is significantly different from the sample or description.
  • it is substantially unfit for its common purpose and can’t easily be fixed within a reasonable timeframe
  • it doesn’t do what you asked for and can’t easily be fixed within a reasonable timeframe
  • it is unsafe

 

FITMENT SERVICES – by third party businesses (including our recommended suppliers/fitters)

We are not liable to provide repair, replacement, or a refund for damage caused to product/s or your vehicle if you arrange for fitment through one of our recommended or non-recommended suppliers. If damage is caused, you must contact the supplier directly. The supplier cannot refuse to help you by sending you to us, the manufacturer.

 

DAMAGES:

Fabwitz Industries and its team are not liable for any damages caused to you or your vehicle when fitments are conducted by yourself or other person/s, provided that all information given to you was correct. We will, however, cover the cost of repair/s to your vehicle should damage occur, as a direct relation to our product, due to incorrect information provided to you prior to the fitment being conducted. If at any time, you notice the information given prior to fitment is incorrect or for instance, the product does not align correctly, we recommend notifying our team immediately via phone and email so we may access and rectify the issue for you.

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

 When fitting Aftermarket products to your vehicle, the decision is done so at your own discretion. We recommend contacting your vehicle dealer in relation to any warranty concerns that may affect your vehicle. Powder coat colours: Light and/or vibrant colours will fade over time in the Australian weather. Fabwitz Industries are not liable to replace/re-spray a product that has faded after 3 months from date of receival*. Selection of a light and/or vibrant colour is at the buyer's discretion.

   *Receival - means the date in which the product was fitted by us, delivered to or picked up by the customer and/or third party.
